The problem

Show how big the supplier really is, and lead customers to request a site measurement and installation — not to a PDF price list.

Grand Market supplies display cases, refrigeration, checkout counters, and shelving to stores, cafés, and restaurants in Atyrau, Aktau, and Aktobe. Before the site, everything ran through chat apps, with nowhere to see the scale of the supplier or the full cycle from measurement to installation. What they needed was a storefront that pulls the catalog, the services, and the point of contact into one funnel.

The approach

01Step

Designed the catalog

Built the catalog around equipment groups — display cases, refrigeration, checkout counters, shelving. The scale of the supplier reads immediately instead of hiding in a PDF.

02Step

Separated out the services

Gave measurement, 3D modeling, delivery, and installation their own pages. The path now runs from the catalog to the installation instead of stopping at a price.

03Step

Established credibility

Added a clients section and seven partner brands — IDEAL, O-Market, Paida Market, MAGMA, Frostor, UnoX, Ariada. Major chains act as a reference inside the catalog itself.

04Step

Wired up the inquiry

Split the coverage across three cities and put contact on WhatsApp and Instagram. An inquiry now arrives with a city and a category attached, not as a blank message.

Business impact

Inquiries arrive with context: before the conversation even starts, the sales team knows the city and the type of equipment.

Before the project

The range, the services, and the proof of scale were spread across PDFs and chat threads — the supplier had no single storefront.

Inquiries and channels

WhatsApp and Instagram.

Where it broke down

Every conversation started from scratch — establishing the city, the equipment, and the service needed by hand, with no shared context to compare against.

What changed in the process

The same day-to-day workflow, before and after the product launched.

01

Inquiry context

Before

A free-form message

After

01

City + equipment category

02

Customer route

Before

Chat threads and PDFs

After

02

Catalog → service → contact

03

Decision points

Before

Scattered across channels

After

03

Catalog, 4 services, and references on one site

The result

The site runs at grand-market.kz: a catalog organized by equipment group, four service pages, and a partners section with major chains as a reference. Inquiries come in over WhatsApp and Instagram with the city and the equipment category already attached. The supplier is visible in full, instead of as a line in a chat.
