Who processes the data

What data we receive

When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, your company or project name, a description of what you need, the contact method you chose, and the contact details themselves. Technical data about the source is stored alongside it: advertising tags (utm), the address of the page the form was sent from, the referring site, and browser details.

For our own site analytics we also store a random visitor and session identifier, the pages visited, clicks on elements and outbound links, scroll depth, active time, technical errors, and load speed figures. An event may also carry the device type, browser, operating system, language, screen size, approximate country, region and city, the referral source, utm tags, gclid, yclid, and which CTA was used. Form field values, keystrokes, and screen recordings never reach analytics.

The visitor identifier is kept in your browser's local storage until you clear it; the session identifier renews after a period of inactivity. We don't use advertising cookies and don't track you across other sites. Your IP address may be used briefly to guard against automated requests and to determine approximate location, but it isn't stored in our analytics database.

Why we need it

We need the form data to understand your project, prepare for the conversation, get in touch, and propose an approach. Analytics data helps us understand the path to an inquiry, how pages and CTAs perform, where our audience is, the technical quality of the site, and what causes errors. We don't use your contact details for marketing emails without separate consent.

Legal basis

By submitting the form you consent to the processing of the data listed above. We process it in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on personal data and its protection.

Storage and protection

Inquiries and analytics events are stored in a protected database. Access is limited to the people and services required to run the site, the analytics, and our replies. If a visitor submits the form, their analytics session may be linked to that submission so we can see the path that led to it. We keep the data for as long as it's needed for these purposes, and delete it at your request.

Sharing with third parties

We don't sell personal data and don't pass it to third parties for advertising. It may be shared only with the services that technically support the site and our handling of inquiries, or where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct, change, or delete it, and withdraw your consent to processing. To do so, write to info@join-way.com — we reply within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date on it. Material changes don't apply retroactively to data already submitted.
